The oil I ordered is as expected but it took longer than promised. An extra week. It was supposed to come with an added present which was not there, when I enquired about it, they reply with " sorry we will send it right away", this was August and I'm still waiting, so to me it is not a very trustworthy company. Again, happy with the product.

I had a issue with a product leaking in transit. They were on top of it. The products I have ordered arrived in a timely manner. And I Love them so far

I’m shocked at these reviews. I ordered a body oil and it's honestly divine. The smell is gorgeous and the oil moisturising. I was looking for reviews for their face oil and found this site. My package was delivered promptly and the free sample was way more generous than any other product I’ve ordered. I’m going to ordered the face oil based on my previous experience because I'm a bit dubious of the reviews here.

this is a company that has oily products that seem okay. Another one of Dr. Chopra's products. Unfortunately they cannot deliver this product within a proper time frame nor can they answer any questions without attacking the buyer. I have had to have at least three different packages from this company in India replaced. Never receive what I originally purchase rather a replacement bottle much cheaper than original ordered. My credit card company feels this is less than fair bordering on fraud. This company will send out a product to Canada and when it is not delivered as shown website will not do any investigations leaving it up to customer to fight with Fed Ex. Fed Ex then tells you to talk to shipper who does nothing! You must fight for the money to be returned. They do not seem to care about Customer Service Not a good way to run a business or treat buyers like myself who just want a company to act with professionalism and courtesy. Buyer beware! Oh and good luck getting your purchase as they could not care less if you do!

This product is expensive.
It stinks I mean so bad I don’t even want to put in on my skin like foisty pond water.
I was very disappointed and definetly will not be buying again.

As for results I can’t comment as I will not be using these stinky bottles of expensive liquid.

Beautiful products and great customer service. Immediately replaced a product that had leaked in transit. Will definitely use again.

I'm 71.I've never had a skincare routine, I'm an outdoorsy person and have probably neglected my skin over the years. After a recent bout of Covid i looked in the mirror and after 2 weeks being in the house, I looked ill and my skin looked so dull. I saw the ads on Facebook and I tried the eye cream and facial oils from this company, as I have very dry, sensitive skin and I was looking for a natural product. I bought the Kerasadi oil and the Rose eye butter. The difference in my skin after a months use is noticeable. It really is soft and glowing. My fine wrinkles have lessened and the deeper one's are not as noticeable. I have been using the oil on my neck too and that looks refreshed too. It won't make you look young again, but it has softened my skin, softened my wrinkles, and I really do not need makeup as my face looks refreshed and smoother and has more colour. Don't worry about the products dyeing your skin. I have an ivory white complexion and I just look brighter with a bit more colour in my cheeks, possibly due to the massaging.
My eye bags and dark circles have reduced quite a bit.
There a a few negative reviews about the length of delivery etc, but the products are coming from India and do take about 2 to 3 weeks. I think you need to be patient. These products are well worth the wait. Its not a cheap product but well worth every penny in my opinion.

I ordered an item on the 2nd March and have not received my order. I have sent numerous emails but all I get is a generic reply to fob me off for a while. I suppose they hope I will go away in the end and they won’t need to actually send me the product!

Delivery appalling… ordered nearly two weeks ago and the tracking says that the products hasn’t even left India. Have tried to contact customer services for an update but no response they seem to only reply to FB posts!!!
Will be contacting credit card provider to deal with a refund of the products
